Scope of Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter \u201cGTC\u201d) apply to all orders placed on the website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zaza-lili.com\">www.zaza-lili.com<\/a> by any consumer or user (hereinafter the \u201cClient\u201d) with <strong>Zelli of Sweden AB<\/strong> (hereinafter the \u201cSeller\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d) concerning the fashion jewelry and accessories offered online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted these GTC without reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The GTC, the order confirmation, and the invoice constitute the contract between the Client and the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By placing an order on the website, the Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract, and acting as a consumer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each order validated on the website implies express acceptance of these GTC and is formalized by a final click equivalent to \u201corder with payment obligation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case of unavailability or an error in the product information, the Seller reserves the right to cancel all or part of the order; amounts paid will then be fully refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipments are carried out by the Swedish postal service <strong>PostNord<\/strong> or, in certain cases, by <strong>FedEx<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Average delivery times:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sweden: 3 to 5 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Europe: 5 to 8 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rest of the world: 10 to 12 business days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Delivery fees:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Europe: \u20ac5, free for orders of \u20ac50 or more<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Worldwide: \u20ac12, free for orders of \u20ac120 or more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller cannot be held liable for delays due to the postal service, force majeure events, or an incorrect address provided by the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Client has 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase without justification or penalty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise this right, the Client must notify their decision by email to <strong>contact@zelliofsweden.com<\/strong> or by postal mail to:<br><strong>Zelli of Sweden AB, Sveav\u00e4gen 13, 544 32 Hjo, Sweden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Products must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their complete original packaging within 14 days of notification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, except in the case of an error by the Seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exceptions:<\/strong> personalized jewelry or sealed items opened after delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Returns and Exchanges Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to return an item for a reason other than withdrawal (e.g., size, color), you have 14 days from receipt to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The product must be unused, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of a defective item, the Seller guarantees all manufacturing defects and will proceed with a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, fire, war, strikes, supplier or carrier failures, or interventions by public authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In such cases, the Seller will inform the Client as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14. Resale of Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ZAZA&amp;LILI<\/strong> products are intended exclusively for direct sale to consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order suspected of being placed for resale purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15.
