2. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all orders placed on the website www.zaza-lili.com by any consumer or user (hereinafter the “Client”) with Zelli of Sweden AB (hereinafter the “Seller” or “we”) concerning the fashion jewelry and accessories offered online.
By placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read and accepted these GTC without reservation.
The GTC, the order confirmation, and the invoice constitute the contract between the Client and the Seller.
3. Orders
By placing an order on the website, the Client confirms that they are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract, and acting as a consumer.
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.
Each order validated on the website implies express acceptance of these GTC and is formalized by a final click equivalent to “order with payment obligation.”
Orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation.
In case of unavailability or an error in the product information, the Seller reserves the right to cancel all or part of the order; amounts paid will then be fully refunded.
4. Product Information
We strive to present and describe products accurately, including composition, dimensions, colors, and photographs.
However, colors displayed on your screen may vary depending on your device settings, and such differences cannot engage our liability.
We reserve the right to modify or remove products from the catalog, correct errors, or adjust prices without prior notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€), including all taxes, at the Swedish VAT rate of 25%.
Applicable shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.
Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.
Payment data is processed securely using SSL technology and in compliance with Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2) regarding strong customer authentication.
In the event of an obvious error in the displayed price, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
6. Delivery
Shipments are carried out by the Swedish postal service PostNord or, in certain cases, by FedEx.
Average delivery times:
- Sweden: 3 to 5 business days
- Europe: 5 to 8 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 to 12 business days
Delivery fees:
- Europe: €5, free for orders of €50 or more
- Worldwide: €12, free for orders of €120 or more
Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the Client.
The Seller cannot be held liable for delays due to the postal service, force majeure events, or an incorrect address provided by the Client.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The Client has 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the purchase without justification or penalty.
To exercise this right, the Client must notify their decision by email to [email protected] or by postal mail to:

Products must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their complete original packaging within 14 days of notification.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Client, except in the case of an error by the Seller.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
Exceptions: personalized jewelry or sealed items opened after delivery.
8. Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you wish to return an item for a reason other than withdrawal (e.g., size, color), you have 14 days from receipt to do so.
The product must be unused, complete, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Sale items are non-refundable but may be exchanged subject to availability.
In the case of a defective item, the Seller guarantees all manufacturing defects and will proceed with a replacement or refund.
9. Legal Warranty of Conformity
The Client benefits from a legal warranty of conformity for two years from delivery.
In the event of non-conformity, the Client may request repair or replacement of the product at no cost. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
If repair or replacement is impossible, the Client may request cancellation of the sale or a reduction in price.
Defects appearing within 24 months of delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.
10. Personal Data and Cookies
Personal information collected is necessary for processing orders and is handled in accordance with the GDPR.
Such information may only be shared with partners involved in payment or delivery.
The Client has the right to access, correct, and object to the processing of their data at [email protected].
The website uses technical and analytical cookies to improve navigation and content, without individualized data processing.
11. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the website, inaccurate data, or force majeure events.
In all cases, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
12. Intellectual Property
The brand ZAZA&LILI, logos, illustrations, images, photographs, and any elements appearing on the products, packaging, or website are and remain the exclusive property of Zelli of Sweden AB.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
13. Force Majeure
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, fire, war, strikes, supplier or carrier failures, or interventions by public authorities.
In such cases, the Seller will inform the Client as soon as possible.
14. Resale of Products
ZAZA&LILI products are intended exclusively for direct sale to consumers.
Any unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order suspected of being placed for resale purposes.
15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by Swedish law.
However, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 “Rome I,” European consumers cannot be deprived of the protection granted to them by the law of their country of habitual residence.
In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact customer service to seek an amicable solution.
If no solution is reached, the Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge:
